# Switchbooks

> Switchbooks is bookkeeping software you just talk to, for small businesses and their accountants. Connect bank accounts and an AI agent named Elliott categorizes and posts transactions, matches transfers, reconciles accounts, books journal entries and produces the profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow. One plan: $25 per month per company, every feature included, 10-day free trial, no credit card. Multi-company consolidated reporting, QuickBooks Online migration, accountant firm access and share links are included. Switchbooks works inside Claude, Cursor, Grok Bot and any client that supports remote MCP servers. Connected, the assistant can read your books and run reports, and, if you allow it, do the bookkeeping: categorize and post bank transactions, match transfers, book journal entries, reconcile accounts and make rules. Someone new can sign up while connecting, then make their company and connect a bank from the chat. Every change it makes is recorded, and most can be undone.
