To help us resolve things quickly, include the email address on your switchbooks account, the company name the question relates to, and what you expected to happen versus what you saw. Screenshots help.
Common topics
- Signing in. Use the email code option on the sign-in page if you have trouble with your password, or reset it from the same page.
- Bank connections. If an account stops syncing, reconnect it from the Accounts page. If transactions still look wrong afterward, email us and we will investigate the connection directly.
- AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, and others). switchbooks connects to AI assistants through a read-only connection. It can answer questions about your books but cannot post transactions, edit records, or send invitations. You can revoke an assistant's access anytime from Settings.
- Billing. Questions about your subscription, invoices, or plan changes: email us from the address on the account and we will sort it out.
